2004

The completion of the plant in the town of Gatchina, Leningrad Region, and the installation of three production lines with the total capacity of 2000 tons of powders per year.

2006

Successful passing of the Quality Management System attestation and the obtaining of the ISO 9001 Certificate. The production keeps actively mastering the new types of powder coatings. The 17 and 29 Series powder coatings are certified by GSB International — the international organization for the quality control.

2007

Two new production lines are installed; the plant’s throughput increases to 5000 tons of powders per year. Two series of architectural type of application produced by the factory are awarded with the Qualicoat approval. The Gatchina Powder Coatings Plant is still the only Russia-based manufacturer to have such kind of approval.

2008

The intensive sales growth and client base widening require the marketing policy be altered. Global marketing research is made, resulting in the whole new number of solutions implemented to increase the consumer work quality increase. The introduction of the research and development laboratory. The direct sales department is introduced for the key customers’ convenience. The increase of the importance of the technical support department role. The holding of seminars and round tables on the issues of powder coatings.

2009

The new stage in the company development is the introduction of the PrimaTek trade mark symbolizing the solutions complex in powder coatings by our enterprise.
